Afflicted is a thrilling post-apocalyptic shooter set in the year 2076, where the world has been consumed by a deadly virus called “Zombrie.” The virus, created by the renowned virologist Dr. Klaus Trueman, binds itself to dairy products, including cheese, and has infected billions of people. Only Dr. Trueman knew of the virus’s future effects and prepared a bunker to sustain a hand-selected group of 100 people for 100 years.
The game features an immersive storyline with unexpected twists and turns, as Terry learns about his family’s dark secrets and fights to make things right in a world where cheese is both a blessing and a curse.
